UZ Fabric, which has been gaining attention for its upcycled kimono fabrics, will be hosting a pop-up shop. In addition to the classic scarves and bags, new items such as rugs and PC cases that spotlight kimono scraps will also be available. This time, there will also be a collaborative exhibition with P/OP (tansu x acrylic), a Toyama-based company that develops upcycled furniture. Look forward to the creative worldviews woven together by these two unique brands.

1. "Japanese binding workshop using kimono scraps"

Participation fee: 2,860 yen (tax included) *Limited to 4 groups per session (first come, first served)
Duration: Approximately 1 hour

This workshop will allow participants to experience making Japanese-bound notebooks using scraps of fabric that are produced when making UZ Fabric products. The instructor will also provide explanations about traditional kimono patterns, weaving, and dyeing, allowing participants to enjoy working with kimono fabric.

2. "Hair Tie Making Workshop Using Kimono Scraps"

Date: July 23rd (Sun) ①11:00- ②13:00- ③15:00-
Participation fee: 880 yen *Limited to 4 groups per session (first come, first served)
Travel time: Approximately 40 minutes

We will make hair ties using scraps that are left over from making UZ Fabric products. Why not choose your favorite scraps and make your own one-of-a-kind hair accessory?
