Refund policy

Please note that, as these are handmade products, we generally cannot accept returns for defective items unless they are damaged (frayed, torn, etc.).

In the case of defective items, we will confirm the defect with a photo attached to an email sent within 7 days of receipt and then issue a refund for the defective item.

In this case, no return is necessary.

If you would like a refund for a defective item, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the item.

*If you do not receive a reply within 3 business days, please contact us again.

Due to domain restrictions, emails may not be delivered properly. Please make sure you can receive emails from the following domains:

- Depending on the email service, email software, antivirus software, etc., emails may be recognized as spam and not delivered properly.
(Especially for users of free email services such as Hotmail)

If this occurs, please check your spam folder or check the settings of your service or software.

*Please note that we cannot accept defective items that meet the following conditions.

- Items received more than 7 days ago
- Items not shipped to the same address as the orderer or defective items are excluded.

The process is as follows:

1: Please email the following information within 7 days of receiving the product:

- Your name
- Your home address
- Your email address
- Product name
- Details of the defect (please include photos of any damage)
- Your order number (included in the order confirmation email)

2: Once we receive your email, we will guide you through the refund process.
