Ordering Procedure

Here are some easy steps to follow from ordering to receiving your order.

In-store orders

STEP 1

- Try it on
Please select the model and size of the product you would like to semi-order.
*Please note that the person in charge may not be available, so please contact us in advance via our official LINE.

STEP 2

-Select the kimono you want to semi-order
(You can also choose the lining from the options)

STEP 3

Order - Order (prepayment)
When you place your order, you will be asked to sign a simple contract.
(including personal information)
*If you order at a department store, you will sign a contract, which will then be copied and kept by the customer, the store, and the brand.

STEP 4

- Delivery will be approximately 60-90 days after ordering (please choose delivery or in-store delivery when ordering).

Ordering online

STEP 1

- Try it on
Please select the model and size of the product you would like to semi-order.
* You can try on the items at the UZ Fabric pop-up shop or at our atelier in Tokyo . Please feel free to contact us via the brand's official LINE .

STEP 2

-Select the kimono you want to semi-order
(You can also choose the lining from the options)

STEP 3

- Order (prepayment)
When you place your order, you will be asked to sign a simple contract.
(including personal information)

STEP 4

- Delivery will be approximately 60 days after ordering. *Please choose whether you would like delivery or collection when placing your order.
