A special collaboration has been realized between "Daidaikanou," a modern art project created by Kabuki actor Hashigo Nakamura, inspired by a sensibility rooted in Japanese culture, and "UZ Fabric."

The first collection is the "Half-width Bag - KABUKU collection," which features items inspired by the beauty of Kabuki and Japanese traditions.

The model is based on the costume of Omiwa, who appears in the Kabuki play "Imoseyama Onna Teikin ."
One day, Omiwa, who lives in a village, falls in love with a man who lives next door. However, he has someone else in his life who loves him back. Even after learning this, Omiwa is unable to give up, tying a red thread to the edge of her beloved's kimono and pursuing him wherever he goes. What awaits her when she reels in the thread is a cruel fate. Nevertheless, she still cries, wishing that she could have been of help to her beloved, and dies wishing that they could be united in the future. This is a girl who lived a life of such single-minded love.
The green fabric, which represents her rural upbringing, features a pattern based on the popular Edo period toy "Juroku Musashi," expressing Omiwa's innocence. The "Dan-kanoko" pattern, which combines hemp leaf patterns with vermilion and light blue fabrics, is so cute that it is said to have become a huge hit at the time.
